Here are some of the most common questions we hear from customers before we ship their watches.

Yes, we do free shipping, if your order exceeds $100.

Yes, we do provide a tracking number, if you have paid for shipping with the tracking number.

If you are purchasing a product within Japan, Yu-Pack will be used to send the product. If you are an international Buyer, EMS Japan, Air Mail (Registered), or Air Mail (Unregistered) will be used depending upon your country’s law and your shipping method selection.

Once we ship your order, your order status will be changed,  we will also send you an email confirming shipment together with a Registered parcel reference number or an EMS Japan tracking number that you can use to check the status of your package online. 

We are really sorry, but to avoid trouble in the future, we only ship to the address we receive by Paypal or your credit card company. 

We would love to Ship Worldwide, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to some countries due to that country’s strict Import Policy, or in some countries, Tracking/delivery confirmation is too late or not possible.

Order can be canceled till the same is out for delivery.

If you receive an e-mail, or a call from a person/association claiming to be from Myntra seeking sensitive confidential information like debit/credit card PIN, net banking, or mobile banking password, we request you never provide such confidential and personal data. We at NewJapanDeals or our affiliate logistics partner never ask for such confidential and personal data. If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency.

At NewJapanDeals, If the vendor offers a warranty on a product, we pass on the same to you.
